       UNFINISHED BUSINESS

(2) WATER BILLING CYCLE / RATE CHANGE: Board to consider a motion approving changes to the water usage rates and billing frequency.

      NEW BUSINESS

(3) DOWNTOWN WESTMONT BUSINESS ALLIANCE (DWBA):  Board to hear a presentation from the DWBA regarding their plans for the “Celebrate Downtown Westmont” promotional effort, May 16, 17, & 18, 2008.

 (4) 2008 CRUISIN’NIGHTS GRANT REQUEST: Board to consider a motion approving a grant request in the amount of $6,370 for the 2008 Cruisin’ Nights series.

(5) 2008 MEMORIAL DAY PARADE GRANT REQUEST: Board to consider a motion approving a grant request in the amount of $3,000 for the 2008 Memorial Day Parade.
 
(6) 2008 RED, WHITE & BBQ GRANT REQUEST: Board to consider a motion approving a grant request in the amount of $7,000 for the 2008 Red, White and BBQ.

 (7) VILLAGE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS:  Board to consider an ordinance authorizing the declaration of one (1) automobile as surplus Village property.

(8) INTERGOVERNMENTAL PLAN BENEFIT COOPERATIVE EXTENSION (IPBC): Board to consider an ordinance extending membership in the IPBC for an additional three (3) years.
 
(9) 365 EAST RICHMOND STREET: Board to consider approving a Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of an asphalt driveway which will encroach into the required side yard setback.

(10) 115 SOUTH WILMETTE AVENUE: Board to consider ordinances approving the following requests:
a) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a front porch addition which will encroach into the required front yard setback.
b) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of an addition which will encroach into the required side yard setback.
 
(11) ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT: Board to consider a request for approval of an engineering agreement for design services for the 2008 CMAQ sidewalk project.

(12) 2008 ZONING MAP: Board to consider an ordinance approving the revised official map of the Village of Westmont.

(13) LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE BID:  Board to consider award of a two-year maintenance contract to Alaniz Landscaping Group, Inc. for downtown landscape services.

(14) 2008 CLARKE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT OPTION: Board to consider a motion to renew the Clarke Mosquito Abatement Services Agreement for Service Year 2008.
