The Village of Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 7:00 P.M., at the Westmont Village Hall, 31 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559.

New Business
PZ 08-003 Walter Dzendzeluk of Construction Partners, Inc. and Leonard Pikowski, regarding the property located at 365 East Richmond Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance request to permit the construction of an asphalt driveway which will encroach into the required side yard setback. The proposed setback is approximately zero feet and Code requires 3’.
PZ 08-004 Brian and Jennifer Bartley regarding the property located at 115 South Wilmette Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a front porch addition which will encroach into the required front yard setback. The proposed front yard setback is approximately 24.35’. Code requires a front yard setback of 35’.
(B) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of an addition which will encroach into the required side yard setback. The proposed northern side yard setback is approximately 2.16’. The proposed southern side yard setback is approximately 6.16’. Code requires an aggregate of 12’ and a minimum of 6’ for each side yard.
