(1) MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting held January 3, 2008 and the Board Meeting held January 7, 2008.

(2) 4100 NORTH ADAMS STREET: Board to conduct a public hearing and consider approval of the following:
a) Public hearing on proposed Pre-Annexation to incorporate the subject lot into the Village of Westmont once contiguous. 
b) Map Amendment Request to Rezone from R-1 Single Family Detached Residence District to R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District upon annexation.

(3) 4104 NORTH ADAMS STREET: Board to conduct a public hearing and consider approval of the following:
a) Public hearing on proposed Pre-Annexation to incorporate the subject lot into the Village of Westmont once contiguous. 
b) Map Amendment Request to Rezone from R-1 Single Family Detached Residence District to R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District upon annexation.

(4) 408, 412, and 414 NORTH CASS AVENUE, a/k/a GARDENS OF WESTMONT: Board to consider a request for an extension of a Zoning Code Variance Request to exceed the maximum allowable density.

(5) 634 NORTH CASS AVENUE, f/k/a 4104 AND 4106 NORTH CASS AVENUE: Board to consider approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision request to consolidate two (2) lots into one (1).

(6) 23 NORTH LINDEN AVENUE: Board to consider approval of a Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a front porch addition to an existing nonconforming structure which will encroach into the required front yard setback in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District. The proposed front yard setback is 18.83’. 

(7) ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT – WILLIAMS STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT:  Board to consider approving a proposal for Phase III Preliminary / Construction Engineering Services for the reconstruction and widening of Williams Street from 59th Street to 63rd Street.

(8) ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT – 59th STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT:  Board to consider approving a proposal for Phase III Preliminary / Construction Engineering Services for the reconstruction and widening of 59th Street from Fairview Avenue to Williams Street.

(9) ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL SERVICE AREA: Board to consider the establishment of a special service area for The Piers for the purpose of installing public street lights within The Piers development.

(10) ORDINANCE DIRECTING SALE OF REAL ESTATE: Board to consider approving an ordinance directing the sale of approximately 8.0 acres of vacant land owned by the Village located immediately east of 200 West 63rd Street, Westmont, Illinois.
