(2) 1036 AND 1040 OAKWOOD DRIVE: Board to consider an ordinance approving the Final Plat of Subdivision request to consolidate two (2) lots into one (1).

(3) 15 NORTH LINCOLN STREET: Board to consider ordinances approving the following requests:
a) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a covered porch which will encroach into the required front yard setback. The proposed front yard setback is 18.1’. 
b) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of an addition which will encroach into the required side yard setback. The proposed side yard setback is 4.16’

(4) 218 NORTH CASS AVENUE: Board to consider ordinances approving the following requests:
a) Special Use Permit temporary extension request to continue to operate a bank in the B-1, Limited Business District. 
b) Special Use Permit temporary extension request to continue to operate an automatic teller machine on the subject lot.

(5) 222 NORTH CASS AVENUE: Board to consider an ordinance approving a development proposal to operate a Dairy Queen at 222 North Cass Avenue in the Downtown Central Business District.

(6) 307-325 WEST 63RD STREET, BELLERIVE TERRACE: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Revised Site and Landscaping Plan.

(7) WESTMONT DOWNTOWN BUSINESS ALLIANCE: Board to consider a motion allowing the Westmont Downtown Business Alliance to distribute business coupons and coffee at the Westmont Train Depot on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. (with Thursday, January 10, 2008 as an alternative rain date if needed).
