      OLD BUSINESS

(2) DOWNTOWN PARKING STUDY RFP SELECTION PROCESS: Board to consider a motion to select a consulting firm to conduct a parking study for downtown.

(3) COD LEASE FOR WESTMONT CENTRE: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Lease Agreement with College of DuPage for space at the Westmont Centre.


     PUBLIC HEARING

(4) PUBLIC HEARING: Board to conduct a Public Hearing on the 2007 Tax Levy Ordinance.

 

     
      NEW BUSINESS

(5) DOLCE CAFÉ LICENSE AGREEMENT: Board to consider a license agreement with Dolce’s Espresso Bar & Café, LLC, 15 W. Quincy Street, to allow the placement of a video camera at the Westmont train depot to record on-coming trains.

(6) CASS AVENUE PEDESTRIAN MID-BLOCK CROSSWALK: Board to consider a request to appropriate the sum of $115,000.00 for the Cass Avenue Mid-Block Pedestrian Crosswalk Project between Burlington Avenue and Irving Street from the municipality’s allotment of Motor Fuel Tax Funds.

(7) CHARLESTON COURT TOWNHOMES: Board to consider a request to approve a revised Final Plat of Subdivision for the Charleston Court Townhomes, 1201-1247 West 63rd Street (f/k/a 515 and 517 West 63rd).

(8) 804 MEGAN COURT: Board to consider approving a Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District. The as-built lot coverage approximates 43%. 

(9) 816 MEGAN COURT: Board to consider approving a Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District. The proposed coverage approximates 45%. 

(10) 15 NORTH LINCOLN STREET: Board to consider approval of the following:
a) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a covered porch which will encroach into the required front yard setback. The proposed front yard setback is 18.1’. 
b) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of an addition which will encroach into the required side yard setback. The proposed side yard setback is 4.16’.

(11) 828 NORTH CASS AVENUE, f/k/a 3916 NORTH CASS: Board to consider approving a Final Plat of Subdivision request to consolidate two (2) existing lots into one (1).

(12) FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT: Board to consider approval of the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Comprehensive Financial Report (CAFR).
