New Business

PZ 07-035 John C. Flemming of Community Bank of DuPage regarding the property located at 218 North Cass Avenue, Westmont, Illinois 60559 for the following:

(A) Special Use Permit temporary extension request to continue to operate a bank in the B-1, Limited Business District.

(B) Special Use Permit temporary extension request to continue to operate an automatic teller machine on the subject lot.

PZ 07-036 Peter Conrad of Normandy Builders and Carl Misek regarding the property located at 23 North Linden Avenue, Westmont, Illinois 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a front porch addition to an existing nonconforming structure which will encroach into the required front yard setback in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.  The proposed front yard setback is approximately 18.83’.  Code requires a front yard setback of 35’.

Old Business

PZ 06-038 Village of Westmont regarding a Westmont Zoning Code text amendment as follows:

(A) Amend Westmont Zoning Code to add language creating a cash-in-lieu parking fund in the B-1 Limited Business District which requires petitioners to pay a specific amount for each on site parking space waived by variance.
