 (2) ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT – BLACKHAWK DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Board to consider an ordinance approving a proposal for Phase II Preliminary Engineering Services for the reconstruction, widening, and watermain replacement of Blackhawk Drive from Ogden Avenue to Chicago Avenue.

(3) WESTMONT TREE AND LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE: Board to consider an ordinance approving the Westmont Tree & Landscape ordinance.

(4) “A BETTER 201” PARENT ORGANIZATION TEST SCORE VIDEO: Board to consider a motion authorizing the display of an informational video by A Better 201 Parent Organization on the Village’s PEG channel for public education and information purposes.

(5) CLASS 15 LIQUOR LICENSE AMENDMENTS: Board to consider an ordinance approving amendments to Section 10-36 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances pertaining to Class 15 liquor licenses.
