(2) ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT – BLACKHAWK DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Board to consider a request for approval of a proposal for Phase II Preliminary Engineering Services for the reconstruction, widening, and watermain replacement of Blackhawk Drive from Ogden Avenue to Chicago Avenue.

(3) WESTMONT TREE AND LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE: Board to consider adoption of Westmont Tree & Landscape ordinance.

(4) 2007 WESTMONT SPECIAL EVENTS CORPORATION TASTE OF WESTMONT REPORT: The Westmont Special Events Corporation to present a summary of the 2007 Taste of Westmont.
