(2) WESTMONT HOLLY DAYS COMMITTEE ANNUAL STREET CLOSURE REQUESTS: Board to consider a request granting approval of the following Holly Days street closing requests:
• OPENING CEREMONY: Friday, November 23 2007, 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Close the first block of Westbound Quincy Street, West of Cass Avenue.
• FROSTY AND FRIENDS NIGHT PARADE: Friday, November 23, 2007, 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Close Cass Avenue from Traube Road south to 55th Street.
• ANNUAL 5K FAMILY RUN/WALK: Saturday, November 24, 2007, 8:00 am to 10:00 am, Close Cass Avenue from Naperville Road south to Burlington Avenue, partial closing of Burlington Avenue west to Roslyn Road, Partial closing of Roslyn Road north to Traube, partial closing of Traube east to Grant, partial closing of Grant south to Burlington, and Cass Avenue north to Norfolk and the end of the race.
(3) COD LEASE FOR WESTMONT CENTRE: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Lease Agreement with College of DuPage for space at the Westmont Centre.
(4) DOWNTOWN PARKING STUDY RFP SELECTION PROCESS: Board to hear presentations by three finalist consulting firms to conduct a parking study for downtown Westmont.
(5) HOME RULE DECLARATION ORDINANCE: Board to consider an ordinance declaring the Village’s home rule status and reapproving and readopting all previous ordinances of the Village of Westmont in light of this home rule status.
(6) RIGHT-OF-WAY CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS ORDINANCE: Board to consider a text amendment to the Village of Westmont Code of Ordinances adopting new standards for construction in the right-of-way utilizing the model IML ordinance.
