(2) CHAPTER 62 PERSONNEL REVISIONS: Board to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 62 Personnel of the Code of Ordinances.

     
      NEW BUSINESS

(3) FAÇADE GRANT:  Board to consider approving a Facade Grant request in the amount of $5,000.00 for renovation of the property at 15 West Quincy Street for development of an Espresso Bar and Café.

(4) 312 NORTH LINCOLN STREET DEDICATION: Board to consider a request for a public road dedication at 312 North Lincoln Street.

(5) 328 SOUTH WILMETTE STREET, PUBLIC WORKS STREET DIVISION: Board to consider approving a Zoning Code Variance Request to permit construction of a 7’ tall closed fence in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.

(6) TEXT AMENDMENT: Board to consider a text amendment to Article VI, Appendix A, Section 6.04(A)(D) of the Westmont Zoning Code concerning the calculation of lot coverage pertaining to decks.

(7) TEXT AMENDMENT: Board to consider a text amendment to Article XI, Appendix A, of the Westmont Zoning Code concerning electronic message board signs.

(8) TWIN LAKES WOODS PICNIC SHELTER: Board to consider a request from the Westmont Park District to waive appropriate fees for the Twin Lakes Woods picnic shelter project.

(9) VIDEO AND CABLE CUSTOMER PROTECTION LAW: Board to consider a text amendment to Chapter 77 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances adopting a Cable and Video Customer Protection Ordinance.

(10) VIDEO/CABLE SERVICES PROVIDER FEE ORDINANCE: Board to consider a text amendment to Chapter 77 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances adopting a Cable/Video Service Provider Fee Ordinance.
