The Village of Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at 6:30 P.M., at the Westmont Village Hall, 31 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559.

Old Business
PZ 07-023 Louis C. Quaglia regarding the property located at 214 Willard Place, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District. A previously approved variance requires that lot coverage is not to exceed 43.7% and the as-built lot coverage approximates 52.7%.
New Business
PZ 07-027 Howard Rusty Sproat regarding the property located at 15 West Quincy Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance request to reduce the number of required off-street parking stalls from fifteen (15) to zero (0) for the purpose of opening a café in the B-1 Limited Business District.
PZ 07-028 John C. Flemming of Community Bank of DuPage regarding the property located at 23 West Quincy Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Special Use Permit to operate a bank in the B-1 Limited Business District.
(B) Special Use Permit to operate an automated teller machine (ATM) in the B-1 Limited Business District.
PZ 07-029 Village of Westmont regarding the property located at 328 South Wilmette Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a 7’ tall open fence in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District. Code permits 3’ open fences in the front and side yard adjoining a street and 6’open fences in the interior side and rear yard.
