(1) MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting held September 13, 2007 and the Board Meeting held September 17, 2007.

NEW BUSINESS

(2) 10 WEST 61ST STREET: Board to consider an ordinance approving the following request regarding the property at 10 West 61 St., Downers Grove, IL:
       a) Preliminary Plat of Subdivision Request to subdivide one (1) existing lot into
           two (2) lots.

(3) SURPLUS PROPERTY: Board to consider an ordinance authorizing the declaration of Public Works vehicles and equipment as surplus village property.

(4) AWARD OF BID: Board to consider an ordinance awarding a bid for equipment purchase to McCann Power for the 2007 Loader/Backhoe Combination tractor in the Public works Division.

(5) PROPOSAL FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN OF FUEL CENTER: Board to consider an ordinance approving a proposal from Earthtech, not to exceed $45,431, to conduct a Limited Phase II Site Investigation and Central Fueling Study at the Fire Station Head Quarters property and the property South of Westmont Fire Station Head Quarters. 

6) BRUSH PICK-UP PROGRAM – SCHEDULE MODIFICATIONS: Board to consider a motion approving a modification to the Residential Brush Pick-up Program, allowing a half-town / every other week schedule somewhat continuously from April to October with some weeks omitted for equipment repair and other related high attention.

 (7) EMERALD ASH BORER COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance approving an agreement with the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDA) to execute a Compliance Agreement, per the IDA Emerald Ash Borer Interior Quarantine Notice.

(8) CHAPTER 62 - PERSONNEL REVISIONS: Board to consider a motion postponing the consideration of amendments to Chapter 62 Personnel of the Code of Ordinances until the October 11, 2007 Committee of the Whole meeting.

9) CHAPTER 54 – PARKING PENALTY: Board to consider an ordinance re-approving and re-amending Chapter 54, Section 54-101(3) of the Westmont Code of Ordinances to increase the penalty for non-payment of a parking citation after issuance of a final notice.
