PZ 07-023 Louis C. Quaglia regarding the property located at 214 Willard Place, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following: 

(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.   A previously approved variance requires that lot coverage is not to exceed 43.7% and the as-built lot coverage approximates 52.7%. 

PZ 07-024 Mark Zuehl regarding the property located at 10 West 61st Street, Downers Grove, IL 60516 for the following:

(A) Preliminary Plat of Subdivision Request to subdivide one (1) lot into two (2).   
 
PZ 07-025   Village of Westmont regarding a Zoning Code Text Amendment as follows: 

(A) Amend Article XI of the Westmont Zoning Code, Appendix A, concerning electronic message board signs. 

PZ 07-026  Village of Westmont regarding a Zoning Code Text Amendment as follows: 

(A) Amend Article VI, Appendix A, Section 6.04(A)(D) concerning the calculation of lot coverage pertaining to decks.
