(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a porch addition to an existing nonconforming structure which will encroach into the required front yard setback. The proposed front yard setback is approximately 24ÃÂ??. Code requires a front yard setback of 35ÃÂ??.

PZ 07-009 Richard Kokoszka and Olga Dilegge regarding the properties located at 1036 and 1040 Oakwood Drive, Westmont, Illinois 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance request to reduce the front yard setback from 35ÃÂ?? feet to approximately 26ÃÂ?? feet for the purpose of constructing a new single family home.

(B) Preliminary Plat of Subdivision request to consolidate two (2) lots into one (1).

PZ 07-010 Stephen and Grace Esposito regarding the property located at 32 East Burlington Avenue, Westmont, Illinois 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance request to permit the construction of an addition to an existing nonconforming structure which will encroach into the required side yard setback adjoining the street. The proposed setback is approximately 15ÃÂ?? and Code requires 25ÃÂ??.

(B) Zoning Code Variance request to permit the enlargement of a structure upon a lot considered non-conforming in regards to width.

(C) Zoning Code Variance request to permit the enlargement of a structure upon a lot considered non-conforming in regards to area.

PZ 07-011 Val Isailovic of Quincy Partners, LLC regarding the property located at 213 and 215 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559 for the following:

(A) Site and landscaping plan approval to construct one duplex structure per lot in the R-5 General Residence District.

PZ 07-012 Joseph P. and Susan A. Tee regarding the property located at 135 South Oak Street, Westmont, Illinois, 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance request to reduce the rear yard setback for newly proposed Lot 1 from 20ÃÂ?? to 9ÃÂ??.

(B) Zoning Code Variance request to reduce the interior side yard setback for newly proposed Lot 1 from 6ÃÂ?? to 5ÃÂ??.

(C) Preliminary Plat of Subdivision request to subdivide one (1) lot into three (3).

(D) Land Development Code Variance request to reduce the required lot depth from 125ÃÂ?? to 100ÃÂ?? for each lot.
