(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the construction of a front porch addition to an existing nonconforming structure which will encroach into the required front yard setback in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District. The proposed front yard setback is approximately 22.04Ã??. Code requires a front yard setback of 35Ã??.
