School District 201 Board Meeting Recordings Proposal
to Purchase a sound system that the district could use to record their board meetings. The Village would retain ownership of the equipment.
 *Provide pickup service for the Compact Flash unit and posting to the web site.
 *Provide all labor involved for the pickup and posting of the event.
 *Ask for a budget next year of $10,000 to tape 10-12 events at the District to promote the students and District.
